You agree to use the Site solely for legal purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You refrain from unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities on the Site. You also agree not to disrupt the proper operation of the Site.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

PRICING, PAYMENT, AND PURCHASES
- All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payments are securely processed via PayPal or Visa. We do not keep any payment details on our servers.
- All purchases are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless required by law.
- Upon purchase, you are granted a license to use the Font according to the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA). Ownership of the Font remains with the Company.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
LICENSES
- Every font license comes with specific terms defined in the EULA.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the license you acquire aligns with your intended use.
- Licenses can differ based on the business size (small, medium, national, or international corporate) or the application type (including printing materials, digital media, broadcasting, gaming, etc.).
